Stalingraduate (n.)

Definition: A person (usually a non-Russian) steeped in the politics, culture, and literature of Stalingrad in particular, and Russia in general.

Example: Being an institution of contradictions and a passionate Stalingraduate, Adolf would have defended Stalin at any world court and equally emphatically smuggled copies of Pasternak’s Doctor Zhivago, to the CIA.
