Meanderelict (n. & adj.)

Definition: A derelict meanderer. Also, a place which is derelict/abandoned, and is frequented by meandering or waylaid travellers.

Example: More than the quest for her lost roots, it was Natasha’s meanderelict nature which took her to the narrow bylanes of Prague, where, as the legend went on to say, she literally dissipated  into the walls.
